The unique cosy apartment (45sqm), which can fit up to 3 people, is located at the end of the complex next to the swimming pool. The apartment has a living room space on the ground floor, a kitchen and a bathroom located three steps higher from the ground floor and a bedroom space on the top floor.

The entrance of the apartment opens into the living room, which has a coffee table and a comfortable sofa, that transforms into a double bed. The kitchen space is equipped with a built-in electric oven with a ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a filter coffee machine, an electric kettle, a juice-squeezer and a toaster, as well as all essential cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery of elegant designs. In the kitchen space there is a small modern table with two chairs, where you can enjoy your meals or use as extra counter top space. There are many cupboards to fit your products and a safety box to keep your valuables. The bathroom has a shower cabin, a hand basin and a toilet, electric current supply and a hairdryer. The outdoor area of the ground floor is a spacious terrace with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy your meals under the sun.

On the top floor there is a queen size bed, which can be separated into two single beds if necessary. There is a wardrobe with ample space for your clothing, two convenient bedside tables, an accent chair and a TV. The top floor benefits from a lovely balcony, which has a table and two chairs from where you can appreciate the spectacular view of the Cretan sea and the beautiful Theodorou island.

The comfortable apartment has 2 air conditioning units with independent cooling/heating systems located one in the bedroom and one in the living room space. This apartment has also a ceiling fan in the top floor over the bed. The apartment has access to the Wi-Fi network, which works best at the outdoor spaces.
